DE+I

Creatively serving
our community

Here at FIFTEEN, we are extremely grateful for our Western New York community and how your trust in us has allowed us to grow and sustain our company. Giving back to this community through pro bono work has always been a central pillar of our values. To democratize the process for how we select these partnerships, our DE+I Committee created The FIFTEEN Project — empowering our team to choose the organizations that most align with our passions, abilities, and potential for impact.

Interested organizations and businesses can submit a query below, and/or be nominated by someone from our team. Our focus is on those who have been historically underrepresented as marketing and advertising agency clients. Submissions will be reviewed, voted on and awarded twice a year. Current submissions are open until April 28, 2023. The FIFTEEN Project recipient(s) will be awarded in May.

The total amount of agency hours donated will be 400 hours annually (200 hours per submission term). Our services, tailored to the recipient’s needs and goals, include – but are not limited to – branding, website design and development, video production and photography, social media, public relations, content marketing, event activation and more.

Submissions for The FIFTEEN Project are currently closed.
Check back in the fall for our next application entry opening!
